About Hier & Company
A family-owned real estate firm in Castle Rock, Colorado. We started in 1974 selling ranches and open land, and have grown along with Douglas County ever since.
Who we are
We're Colorado natives. Our roots are in ranch land and acreage, and that's still a specialty. Today most of our work is development, property management and brokerage for residential and commercial real estate, along with the underwriting and market analysis that goes into good decisions.
Our job is to know this market well, whether a client is selling family land, buying a first home or building a portfolio.

Development
We develop rural estate subdivisions and commercial projects, supported by our own market and financial analysis.
Property management
We manage office buildings, retail centers, office parks, multi-family complexes and single-family homes.
